1. Counseling Purpose:
a. Our office provides marriage counseling services to individuals or couples seeking assistance with their relationship.
b. The counseling sessions aim to improve communication, understanding, and overall relationship satisfaction.

2. Professional Guidance:
a. Our counselors are licensed professionals with expertise in marriage and relationship counseling.
b. However, the information and guidance provided during counseling sessions are based on their professional knowledge and experience and may not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

3. Non-Medical Advice:
a. The counseling services provided are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychiatric treatment.
b. If there are any underlying mental health issues or medical concerns, we recommend consulting with an appropriate healthcare professional.

4. Client Responsibility:
a. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from counseling.
b. It is important for clients to actively participate in the counseling process, follow the counselor’s guidance, and take personal responsibility for their relationship progress.

5. Confidentiality:

a. Our office maintains strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during counseling sessions, as outlined in our confidentiality policy.
b. However, it is important to note that absolute confidentiality may be limited by legal requirements or instances where there is an imminent risk of harm to the client(s) or others.

6. Emotional Risks:
a. Engaging in marriage counseling may involve discussing sensitive and emotional topics that could potentially evoke strong emotions.
b. Clients are advised to consider their emotional well-being and seek additional support if needed during or after counseling sessions.

7. No Guarantee:
a. While our counselors strive to provide effective counseling, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or success in every case.
b. Each relationship is unique, and the progress and results of counseling may vary.

8. Limitation of Liability:
a. Our counselors cannot be held liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from counseling sessions.
b. Clients bear the ultimate responsibility for their relationship choices and decisions.

9. Termination:
a. Either the client(s) or the counselor may terminate the counseling relationship at any time, with reasonable notice, or for just cause.
b. Upon termination, the counselor may provide appropriate referrals or resources for continued support if necessary.

c. Profile will be verified before approved which will take 48 – 72 hours and if any profiles seemed suspicious of fraudulent will be rejected and permanently banned immediately where no client can demand for refund.

a. Our office reserves the right to modify or update this disclaimer at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing.
